防碰撞与动子轮廓参数

每套Planar Motor系统均内置固件级防碰撞功能——默认开启、无需编程、硬件级响应速度。动子轮廓参数定义了每个有效载荷的质量、尺寸与占位范围。PMC在计算安全距离时会将每组轮廓参数纳入运算。即使有效载荷宽大或存在悬伸,系统也能确保动子之间绝不发生碰撞——由固件层保障。

一条指令完成系统初始化——XBot利用内置的多智能体路径规划算法,自动导航至各自的起始位置。

流模式

PLC通过实时总线(典型通信周期1ms),周期性的通过Stream通道将Xbot下一个周期的位置实时写入控制器,实现动子与外部机构位置同步。
