1 Understand the application

We start by working with the end user and their chosen integrator to understand the production requirements in depth — throughput, product types, cleanliness requirements, available footprint, and downstream process needs.

2 Simulate and design the layout

Before any hardware is specified, Planar Motor develops a simulation of the proposed layout. The flyway configuration, mover count, and routing logic are designed collaboratively — validating throughput targets and catching issues before anything is built.

3 Commission and maintain

Planar Motor stays involved through commissioning and beyond. Our team supports the integrator and end user during startup, and remains available for ongoing technical support as the system evolves.
