Our technology and products

Planar motors are smart industrial robots that use magnetic forces for levitation and propulsion with six degrees of freedom. Planar motor-based smart conveying systems are ideal for applications ranging from clean to harsh environments and are a disruptive technology transforming the manufacturing industry. Our products are used across an array of assembly, testing, and packaging applications in industries including automotive, consumer electronics, cosmetics, battery production, medical devices, food, and pharmaceutical packaging.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented individual to support our team in office management, recruitment coordination, and administrative operations. This position plays a vital role in maintaining a productive work environment, managing HR-related records, and supporting the Financial Controller with organizational and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

-Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, supplies, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.
-Recruitment Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and assist in onboarding processes.
-Staff Attendance & Leave Records: Maintain and update employee vacation, sick leave, and time-off records; ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
-Logistics & Administration: Handle travel bookings, expense reimbursements, and event logistics.
-Internal Communication: Facilitate clear communication between departments and support company-wide initiatives.
-Handle other administrative tasks related to Company operations assigned by the Financial Controller.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, accounting or a related field.
-Previous experience in recruitment or HR or bookkeeping is a plus.
-Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
-High level of problem-solving skills.
-Strong attention to details and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
-Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Compensation Range

The hiring range for this role is $55K - $200K annually. Our ranges are based on market data and offered salaries will be based on a combination of factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, education, and experience.
