Our technology and products

Planar motors are smart industrial robots that use magnetic forces for levitation and propulsion with six degrees of freedom. Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a Field Application Engineer in Italy who will play a crucial role in providing technical support to our customers also travelling within Europe. As the primary point of contact, you will provide technical solutions, realize simulations, create proof of concept demonstrations, resolve application issues and support the implementation of our systems. You will also be involved in pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure customer satisfaction and will support the product development team with feedback gathered in the field. This role is full-time and remote, allowing for flexibility in your work.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering
-Knowledge of the main PLC programming languages, mechatronics, robotics and advanced motion
-Expertise in field applications and technical support to provide qualified customer support
-Experience in sales activities and the ability to collaborate closely with sales teams to meet customer needs
-Excellent interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and previous experience in similar roles in the automation and electronics industries are considered an advantage
-Proficiency in English is essential
